A joyful, science-informed movement experience where parents reconnect with their bodies and babies move with intention. Baby Grooves blends gentle strength, dance, and sensory-rich play to support nervous system regulation, cognitive development, and connection for both the caregiver and the child.

• 10:00–10:45 AM Babies 9–14 months (Sitters, crawlers, and cruisers)

94$/session= 23.5/class + $50 (One Time) Annual Registration fee that offsets liability insurance

🤍 A Personalized & Supportive Approach

To ensure a safe and tailored experience for every family:

• A waiver form is included with registration

• Coach Annie will personally call the caregiver prior to class

During your brief check-in call, Coach Annie will:

• Learn about your current body condition (caregiver attending current body, postpartum recovery, tightness, injuries, energy levels)

• Hear a bit about your baby (age, mobility, temperament)

• Prepare our class with adapted exercises and movement options to best support both of you

This is not a one-size-fits-all class: Each experience is intentionally designed with care. And we have movement options to suit all attending.
