Certain skills require a higher level of strength and conditioning, which is why they are trained specifically to enhance the activities of each student. Using an approach that utilizes body mass, bar work, hand balancing, and isometrics an intimate relationship with body mechanics and performance is fostered. Instructors can teach large group fitness classes, or customized programs can be tailored to each individual along with nutrition programs and meal plans.
