What ages are the camps for? +
Our summer camps are designed for kids ages 6–14. Coaches group campers by age and experience so everyone is appropriately challenged and supported. If your child is just outside that range, contact us — we'll help you find the right fit.
Does my child need experience or equipment? +
None at all. Camps welcome complete beginners through returning students, and all aerial equipment is provided. Campers just need comfortable, fitted athletic clothing (no zippers or buckles), hair tied back, a water bottle, and a lunch if you are with us for the full day.
Where exactly is camp held? +
All summer camps run at Alpha Gymnastics in Woodinville, WA — a fully matted, equipped gym built for this kind of training. It's an easy drive from Bothell, Redmond, Kirkland, and the greater Eastside. Parking and drop-off details are included in your registration confirmation.
What's the difference between half-day and full-day? +
Half-day camp (9:30 AM–12:30 PM) covers aerial fundamentals in silks, hammock and handstands. Half-day camp (1:00 PM–4:00 PM) covers aerial fundamentals in lyra (hoop) and contortion. Full-day camp (9:30 AM–4:00 PM) is a good match for the typical workday and allows students the opportunity to try it all.
How are camps kept safe? +
Every camp is led by professional, Cirque du Soleil–trained coaches. Groups are kept small, all aerial work is spotted and progression-based, and the gym is fully matted. Safety and confidence-building come before any advanced skill.
Can I register for more than one week? +
Sadly, we only have one week of Summer Aerial Circus Camp, but if you would like to do regular training during the year, lets connect about our class options available.
Summer fills up fast. Your kid's spot shouldn't wait.
